The Dip
The Dip is an electrifying soul group from Seattle, Washington. The band (containing three members of Beat Connection) is comprised of seven musicians and originated at the University of Washington. Fuelled by their self-released EP in 2013, The Dip has played a string of packed shows in Seattle, including an evening slot at the Northwest Folklife Festival, a capacity show at the popular Capitol Hill Block Party, an opening slot for the legendary Dirty Dozen Brass Band at Neumos, and numerous headlining shows of their own at various venues in Seattle and Bellingham. The Dip recently finished recording their first LP at Avast Studios, which is available now!
The True Loves
Modern Soul that never loses sight of the originators but remains steadfast in pursuit of the next groove.
Whitney Mongé
Seattle Alternative Soul artist, Whitney Mongé, is a street performer gone Northwest music phenom. Catching the attention of the masses with her dynamic voice and heartfelt performances, Whitney has supported national acts, Ziggy Marley, Allen Stone, Lukas Nelson & The Promise of The Real, Crystal Bowersox, and Brendan James.

In 2007, she began her music journey busking in the Pike Place Market after moving from hometown, Spokane, WA. In the beginning of this quintessential stint, she was approached by filmmaker, Brian Nunes, to be apart of a documentary about street performers. For 2.5 years, Brian captured her journey from busker to professional musician. Find Your Way: a Busker's Documentary was internationally released in early 2014 and has received several independent film accolades including being selected for the 2014 CBGB Festival in NYC. This award winning film also features Grammy Award Winning violinist, Joshua Bell, Pulitzer Prize winning author, Gene Weingarten, and 90's rocker, Chris Ballew of The Presidents of the United States.

Mongé's released an independent debut solo album, Heartbeat, in 2011 and then shortly after, recorded an EP, Steadfast, with Grammy Award Winning producer, Pete Stewart and Justin Armstrong. September 2014, she released the Steadfast EP and has received positive reviews for this young artist. Each album consists of the deep, introspective lyrics that Mongé is known for. Her raspy, sultry vocals are highly reminiscent of Melissa Etheridge and she is often compared to Tracy Chapman. She was also apart of a compilation tribute album, The Empress of the Blues: A Tribute to Bessie Smith released in 2014 by Reimagine Music.

Currently, Whitney is recording some new tracks and expects to be announcing it's release summer 2016.
